Jeffrey A. Knight
Jeff has almost 25 years experience in the automotive industry. His professional
automotive career started in sales, management positions and general management.
He took this experience into the insurance, development and reinsurance business
over the last 17 years. Jeff resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
Louis Costanzo
Louis Costanzo started in the retail automotive industry as a sales consultant in 1968.
He became General Sales Manager of one of the top five Dealerships in the nation at age
of 24 with 60 sales people and units over 500 per month. Later he ran several of the
largest volume dealerships in the country as GSM and GM with sales up to 1500 per month.
In 1987, Louis was recruited by the largest automotive consulting group to affect
positive variable gross increase. He is best known for his “hands-on” effectiveness
and turning dealerships from losing money to making money within weeks. His approach
is using the back-to-basic systems with a high concentration on CSI and compliance for
the dealerships legal concerns. Since 2002 he has been on retainer for several
dealerships across the country. Louis resides in Dallas, Texas.

Mike Jardina
Mike comes with an automotive background having 35 years experience. Mike's
unique perspective from his complete dealership familiarity assists our clients
in developing processes and strategies for maximum reinsurance return. Mike has
dedicated the last 20 years in business to reinsurance growth. Mike resides in
Chesterfield, Virginia.
Ron Turnbull
Ron has 25+ years in the powersport, marine and RV industry. Ron has assisted
all aspects of the recreational industry from in-dealership training to
recruitment of personnel. Ron resides in Coppell, Texas.
Alexander Knight
Alexander Knight has been in sales in many different fields. He started as an
AT&T door-to-door salesperon and was promoted field manager for the largest marketing
firm in the country. He then went into the automobile industry in August of 2007.
As a salesperson in several different dealerships in the DFW area, he excelled to
some of the highest levels. He joined SDSI in October 2008.
Alex resides in North Richland Hills, Texas.
